Terms of service

1. Service

ReachPeaks provides measurement tools for public X account signals: Peak Score baselines, optional seven-day plans, comparable follow-up scores, and optional draft, approve, and schedule tools that send through the official X API. We do not guarantee growth, reach, or ranking outcomes.

2. Accounts and X access

You connect an X account with a read-only OAuth grant by default. Posting or replying requires a second, explicit write grant and an approve step for that exact draft. We do not like, follow, unfollow, or send DMs. You must have the right to connect that account. You may disconnect at any time in Settings.

3. Acceptable use

• No abuse of rate limits, APIs, or scoring endpoints.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer or resell scoring as your own product without a deal.
• No illegal content or activity through the service.

4. Paid plans

Solo and other paid tiers are sold through Stripe’s Managed Payments. Stripe, via Link, is the merchant and seller of record for the transaction and handles payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and refunds. SplitLabs OÜ provides the ReachPeaks service itself, including delivery and support.

Prices shown at checkout are the offer you accept, and any applicable tax is calculated there. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel from the billing portal linked in Settings, or from the account link in your receipt email. Founding access (billing flag off) does not create a permanent free paid-tier entitlement once gating is enabled.

5. Trials

When billing gating is enabled, a limited trial may start after your first verified non-sample baseline. One trial per X user id. After trial, new scoring and experiments may require an active subscription; history remains readable.

6. Intellectual property

ReachPeaks branding, product UI, and software remain ours. Your scores and plan progress for your account remain available to you while the product stores them.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. Scores use hard bands and available public metrics; missing signals are excluded, not zeroed. We are not liable for business losses, lost profits, or third-party platform changes (including X API or policy changes).
